## What it does

The server exposes tools to check consent, issue a receipt, explain a scope policy, record a tool call, and export an audit. Its outputs are structured for evidence review. Clients connect to a remote endpoint over HTTP.

Production calls require a Bearer token, so access setup needs to account for that. The repository provides documentation rather than the server’s production source code. For Claude Code, the endpoint is `https://mcpscopeconsent.clauxel.com/mcp`.
