## What it does

mcpdeprecation-mcp connects through the remote streaming HTTP endpoint `https://mcpdeprecation.clauxel.com/mcp`. Its tool set includes `check_tool_deprecation`, `suggest_replacement_tool`, `issue_deprecation_receipt`, `sync_tool_registry`, and `export_deprecation_log`. These calls cover deprecation checks, replacement suggestions, registry synchronization, receipt creation, and log export.

The service returns structured tool-call output and exposes public server-card and registry metadata. Setup instructions cover Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf (Devin Desktop), Cline, Zed, and Gemini CLI. Production calls require a bearer token, so token handling belongs in the deployment setup.
