## What it does

mcp-rinne wraps the Rinne REST API so an agent can administer merchants, affiliations, users, and payment flows. Its 62 tools cover card and PIX transactions, refunds, receipts, stored cards, 3DS sessions, ledger entries, bank accounts, cashouts, pricing, webhooks, and API access.

Claude Code runs it through `npx` with Rinne credentials such as `RINNE_API_KEY`; sandbox mode and account settings can be passed with environment variables. The API rejects raw card numbers and CVV values. Card payments therefore require encrypted tokens created by the browser-side `rinne-js` element, so the server cannot encrypt card data on its own.

## Requirements
- Needs: Node.js (commands run via npx)
- Environment variables: `RINNE_API_KEY`, `RINNE_SANDBOX`, `RINNE_EMAIL`, `RINNE_PASSWORD`, `RINNE_COMPANY_ID` — keys and tokens: ask the human for the values, never commit them or put them in shared files.
