# mcp-nubank

This MCP server is designed to access Nubank accounts, PIX, cards, and boletos through Open Finance Brasil. Its current API endpoint is unreachable.

## What it does

mcp-nubank is intended to expose Nubank account tools to an AI coding client. The planned operations cover balances, transactions, statements, card bills, investments, PIX transfers, PIX keys, and boleto payments.

Authentication uses OAuth2 client credentials together with an mTLS certificate. The process expects `NUBANK_CLIENT_ID`, `NUBANK_CLIENT_SECRET`, and `NUBANK_CERT_PATH`; a working provider address can be supplied through `NUBANK_BASE_URL`.

The package is deprecated because DNS currently fails for `api.nubank.com.br`, so none of its tools reaches a live service. Installing the MCP configuration does not restore access until a working endpoint is available.

## Requirements
- Needs: Node.js (commands run via npx)
- Environment variables: `NUBANK_CLIENT_ID` — keys and tokens: ask the human for the values, never commit them or put them in shared files.
