## What it does

Marcel connects an AI client to a remote MCP service for French tax and retirement calculations. Its 11 read-only tools cover pension estimates, assurance-vie, PEA, securities accounts, PER exits, IFI, Dutreil transfers, buying versus renting, employment with retirement, plus result comparison and validation.

Each response includes the rules used, their version and a `traceId`. The service uses Streamable HTTP and does not require an API key. A local `npx` or Docker proxy only forwards requests to the remote endpoint; it does not calculate anything itself. The service allows 20 requests per minute per IP, and its outputs are informational rather than tax or investment advice.
