## What it does

This server fetches external web pages through Lyrenth, stripping out menus and page clutter. It returns an AIDocument payload containing clean Markdown and structural metadata. Models receive focused content. Each response reports token savings compared to raw page source.

The `read_url` tool handles a single web address. For bulk lookups, `read_urls` accepts up to 20 links in one call and isolates errors per address. An optional `max_tokens` argument trims content at sentence boundaries so responses fit your token budget. Check remaining plan credits with `check_usage`.

Without setting `LYRENTH_API_KEY`, the remote endpoint rejects every query. A free account tier provides 2,000 monthly reads without entering credit card details. The setup runs remotely or locally. Remote clients connect at `https://api.lyrenth.com/mcp`, while local environments invoke `npx`.
