## What it does

Long Run Hybrid Coach reads activities, recovery data, and calendar entries from Intervals.icu to help manage a shared running and strength plan. It covers 28 days, with detailed sessions for the current week and broader guidance for the next three. You can also tell the coach about your available training days, equipment, or strength work that your account does not record.

The server shows proposed changes before writing them to the calendar. After you approve a delivery, it checks the calendar entry. An Intervals.icu account is required; Garmin is optional. Syncing from Intervals.icu to a watch is a separate step, so a successful calendar write does not confirm that a workout reached your device. In Claude Code, connect the hosted server with `claude mcp add --transport http long-run-hybrid-coach https://mcp.paceandstaystrong.com/mcp`.
