## What it does

This MCP server connects AI agents to the remote search API at legaldatahunter.com. It retrieves legal documents over HTTP directly during a coding session. The database contains over 16M indexed records.

The project repository hosts more than 960 collection scripts. These tools gather open government records across 110+ countries. Every module standardizes output into a schema with dates, full text, and official source links.

Queries depend entirely on the external endpoint at `https://legaldatahunter.com/mcp`. Code is licensed under AGPL-3.0. Using it inside proprietary closed-source applications requires a separate commercial license from the maintainers.
