## What it does

The Latina Dev MCP server lets an agent query an open directory of Latina software engineers across student, individual-contributor and leadership levels. It also pulls up related communities, mentorship programs and job boards aimed at that same group.

Volunteers maintain the directory and release it under the MIT license, with the stated goal of making these engineers visible and connecting them with opportunities they might otherwise miss.

Connecting needs no separate API key: every supported client just points at the same HTTP endpoint, `https://latina.dev/mcp`.
