## What it does

The server exposes tools for finding court auction listings, reviewing bid histories, and comparing a lot’s minimum bid with market transactions. It can also retrieve prices by area or apartment complex, housing subscription notices, lending rules, and tax calculations.

For hosted access, register `https://realty.sallim.app/mcp?via=official` as an MCP server. The project describes a daily allowance of 30 calls without a key; email preregistration raises that to 100. Self-hosting requires a data API connected through `REALTY_BACKEND_URL` that returns the format the server expects. Without that backend, nearly all tools fail.

Court auctions and Onbid public sales are treated as separate processes, so their results aren’t blended. Onbid data covers real estate only, and addresses for seized property are available only to the district level. Keep that boundary in mind when checking a specific property.
