## What it does

This server serves as an external release gate for Kiro projects. It evaluates tasks against policy rules, verifies acceptance criteria, and compiles validation records before deployment. It runs over HTTP.

The server exposes five tools: `check_kiro_release_readiness`, `collect_release_evidence`, `request_owner_signoff`, `issue_release_receipt`, and `export_release_binder`. These handle intake, verify evidence checklists, collect approvals, and generate receipts for CI workflows.
