# Keeploop

Keeploop connects your mail, calendar, messages, notes and Slack to your agent running on Mac. Data stays on your computer; the agent sees only what you allow.

## What it does

Keeploop is a Mac menu bar app that runs a local MCP server for your AI tools. When Claude Code, Cursor or another agent requests mail or calendar data, the server reads it directly from your Mac—no Keeploop cloud in between. Just a local connection.

You get commands to check today's schedule and pending replies, find free calendar slots, search for files someone sent, draft replies in your voice, and set up monitors that alert the agent when a message arrives. Requires Apple Silicon Mac on macOS 26 or later with the Keeploop app installed.

Local use is free. For remote agents like claude.ai, ChatGPT or Grok, you need Keeploop Pro or its free trial. Add one URL `https://mcp.keeploop.app/mcp` to your app's settings.

## Requirements
- Remote server: `https://mcp.keeploop.app/mcp`

```
### Codex
```bash
codex mcp add keeploop --url https://mcp.keeploop.app/mcp
```
### Cursor
        }
    }
}
```

### Gemini CLI

## When to use it
- let an agent read your mail and calendar without sending data to the cloud
- give AI tools access to Slack and messages on your Mac
- find a file in your inbox by describing what it contains
- draft email replies that sound like you, without sending right away
- check your free calendar slots so an agent can schedule tasks

## Example prompts
- Show me today's schedule and what emails I need to reply to
- Find a 30-minute slot in my calendar this week
- Look for the document file Sarah sent me last month
