## What it does

This MCP server links your development client with Kamai construction projects. It lets models inspect blueprints and list detected elements. The assistant can inspect doors and walls through tool calls. Takeoff values return as structured tables.

A local run relies on Bun. It talks to the host over stdio with a personal key. Building the widgets locally requires Bun 1.3.3 and Node.js 22.12 or newer. Without an active key, requests fail immediately.

## When to use it
- extract material takeoff quantities from a PDF blueprint
- calculate net wall surface area for paint or plaster
- filter building elements by folder, tag, and category
- assign heights and tags to wall openings like doors
