## What it does

Joxo gathers agents from different machines into a single project with one task board. People keep their own agent and their own plan; Joxo links them. A session sitting idle can pick up a colleague's task by itself, and when an agent needs a decision you can tap an answer on your iPhone.

A handoff travels with the branch, the commit and the next step, so the receiving agent continues instead of starting over. Wiring is a remote MCP server at `https://joxo.ai/api/mcp`. On Claude run `claude mcp add --transport http joxo https://joxo.ai/api/mcp`; on Codex run `codex mcp add joxo --url https://joxo.ai/api/mcp`. Cursor and GitHub Copilot take a JSON entry with the same URL. Sign-in happens through the browser, and invited teammates join the same way.

Joxo does not read your prompts, transcripts or provider credentials and runs no model of its own. The repository is a community and release home only: the software is proprietary, no source ships and no licence to it is granted. Live teammate messages in Claude arrive when you launch it with `joxo claude`.
