## What it does

jooq-mcp exposes tools for searching jOOQ documentation, retrieving SQL examples for particular operations, and looking up code-generation guidance or database support. Other tools cover Query DSL references and advanced jOOQ topics.

The server runs on Spring Boot with Spring AI. It keeps documentation locally and searches it with a full-text index that scores results using TF-IDF. Code examples are extracted automatically. Local builds require Java 21 or later and Maven 3.6 or later, so both must be available before following the run instructions.
