## What it does

InvoiceForge runs as a hosted endpoint without local software dependencies. It provides agents with four tools: `generate_invoice`, `validate_invoice`, `extract_invoice`, and `describe_coverage`. The server validates compliance, outputs electronic invoices, and parses incoming documents under the EN 16931 and Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 standards. It handles both UBL and CII formats.

Usage is billed per call from prepaid credits. Primary generation and validation calls cost 1 credit ($0.01 at Starter rates), while `describe_coverage` costs 0.2 credits. Registration includes 100 free credits with no card required. InvoiceForge checks validation rules and outputs XML, but it does not transmit documents anywhere. It is not an accredited electronic invoicing network platform.
