## What it does

This read-only server exposes advisory tooling for small and mid-market companies. Using `imergea_business_valuation`, your agent estimates indicative equity value across six distinct methodologies. Another tool, `imergea_assess_transaction_readiness`, reviews acquisition preparedness against a seven-dimension friction map. Responses support English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese.

The server lists fixed-price advisory packages alongside the free valuation. These include a 1-day valuation review for EUR 350 up to a 10-day deal preparation pack for EUR 3,500. It also includes tools like `imergea_partner_application` and `imergea_refer_deal` for M&A professionals sharing non-confidential mandates.

Connecting takes seconds because the service runs remotely at `https://imergea.com/mcp/`. Local installations are unnecessary. The endpoint does not handle card data or submit applications; Stripe checkouts and formal agreements occur on `imergea.com`. These diagnostic outputs are purely indicative and do not constitute formal legal or tax opinions.
