## What it does

This MCP server links ImagineVid with an agent through a hosted HTTP endpoint or a local stdio adapter. Its tools cover model discovery, credit checks, generation quotes, creation requests, and status lookups. The service handles image, video, and music generation.

The local option runs with `npx -y imaginevid-mcp` and reads `IMAGINEVID_API_KEY` plus `IMAGINEVID_BASE_URL`. A scoped API key is required for that setup. Generation is quoted before creation, then the request needs an exact credit confirmation and a stable idempotency key. Inputs are product capability values and owned asset IDs; arbitrary remote URLs and inline base64 media are rejected.

## Requirements
- Needs: Node.js (commands run via npx)
- Remote server: `https://imaginevid.io/api/mcp`
- Environment variables: `IMAGINEVID_API_KEY`, `IMAGINEVID_BASE_URL` — keys and tokens: ask the human for the values, never commit them or put them in shared files.
