## What it does

Health by Dr Brad gives an AI client access to a user-owned health record. It can read measurements and blood test results, identify screening tests that are due, and produce suggestions with citations. The record is kept as `health-roadmap.json` in Dropbox or Google Drive.

The hosted MCP endpoint is `https://mcp.drstanfield.com/mcp`, with Dropbox and Google Drive access. A local route is also included through `tools/mcp-server.ts`, `tools/get-plan.ts`, and `tools/edit-record.ts`; these tools work against the user’s own file. The hosted server keeps the record in memory for one request and does not store it.

Claude Code needs one MCP command. Other supported clients use their own MCP configuration format.

## When to use it
- read lab results from a personal health record
- build a screening plan from recorded measurements
- show which screening tests are due
- append a correction without changing the old record row

## Example prompts
- Read my `health-roadmap.json` record and prepare a plan for upcoming screenings.
- Add these new lab results to my health record and show which screening tests are now due.
- Review the record and tell me which details are needed to build the plan.
