## What it does

The MCP server connects an assistant to Grovs so you can create links and campaigns, adjust redirects, and inspect analytics with natural-language requests. Its tools also return account, project, and domain details, along with metrics for individual links.

For Claude Code, run `claude mcp add --transport http mcp https://mcp.grovs.io/mcp`, followed by `claude mcp add --transport http grovs https://mcp.grovs.io/mcp`. On first use, a browser opens for OAuth sign-in to Grovs; no API key is needed. Link archiving is irreversible, so take care before deactivating one.

You can also run the server yourself with `npm install`, `npm run build`, and `npm start`, or use Docker. For a self-hosted Grovs backend, set its address with `GROVS_API_URL`. Supported clients include Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Cline, Zed, and Gemini CLI.
