## What it does

This extension links your assistant to a remote endpoint at `https://grecahouse.com/mcp`. It lets the model query public listings from Athens agency Greca House, filter homes by price, and fetch virtual tours. Assistants can also review dated research snapshots covering asking prices across specific districts.

The endpoint runs over HTTP in read-only mode. No local scripts are installed. Whenever a tool runs, it sends search arguments like price caps or listing IDs without dialogue history. Server logs persist for 30 days.

Database coverage is limited to Greca House's own portfolio rather than the entire national market. Estimated transfer taxes or notary scales give initial totals. Professional fees from lawyers must be entered manually.
