# Glasswarp

Hands and eyes for your agent on a Windows machine you own: watch the screen, click, type and launch apps through the Glasswarp API.

## What it does

There is no cloud desktop here. You install the Glasswarp host on your own Windows box, pair it and switch on API access, and from then on any MCP client treats that machine as the place where work happens.

The flow runs `rigs.list` to find a usable paired machine, `session.start` to open a metered session, then `screen.observe` for UIA targets and text, with `image=true` returning a JPEG. Actions come from `input.*` — clicking, typing, key presses, dragging, scrolling — and `input.send_actions` bundles several steps. `app.launch` starts an exe on the rig, while `session.live_view` lets the owner watch. Close every session with `session.end`.

Two things have to exist first: a `gw_…` key from the Glasswarp console and a paired Windows PC with API access enabled. Without the key in `GLASSWARP_API_KEY` the server will not authenticate. The MCP server and a Python SDK are open; the Windows host agent and the platform behind it are not.

## Requirements
- Remote server: `https://mcp.glasswarp.com/mcp`

## Install

### Claude Code (native platform)

**Platform CLI: remote server**
```bash
claude mcp add --transport http glasswarp https://mcp.glasswarp.com/mcp
```

### Codex

**Platform CLI: remote server**
```bash
codex mcp add glasswarp --url https://mcp.glasswarp.com/mcp
```

### Cursor

**Config file**
File `.cursor/mcp.json`:
```json
{
    "mcpServers": {
        "glasswarp": {
            "url": "https://mcp.glasswarp.com/mcp"
        }
    }
}
```

### GitHub Copilot

**Config file**
File `.vscode/mcp.json`:
```json
{
    "servers": {
        "glasswarp": {
            "type": "http",
            "url": "https://mcp.glasswarp.com/mcp"
        }
    }
}
```

### Gemini CLI

**Platform CLI: remote server**
```bash
gemini mcp add -t http glasswarp https://mcp.glasswarp.com/mcp
```

## When to use it
- drive your own Windows machine from an agent instead of by hand
- locate a usable paired machine before a run starts
- batch a sequence of clicks and typed text into one call
- start an exe on the rig
- review what happened in a session through Live View

## Example prompts
- List my rigs with `rigs.list`.
- Start a session on a usable machine and launch `notepad.exe`.
- Observe the screen and type into the focused field.
