## What it does

The integration queries a hosted API endpoint at `https://api.getappniche.com/mcp` via HTTP or through a local stdio bridge written in Node 18+ or Python 3.9+. Once linked, your coding assistant gains access to store queries using 25+ filters alongside raw review feeds. It also retrieves historical revenue figures and download trajectories by store link or bundle ID.

ASO workflows rely on `get_keyword_difficulty` and `batch_keyword_difficulty` to score phrase traffic and ranking difficulty in batches up to 10 entries. Calls consume credits from your plan. A Pro subscription grants 5,000 monthly credits. Traffic is capped at 60 requests per minute per key, so batch your work accordingly.

## Requirements
- Needs: Node.js (commands run via npx)
- Remote server: `https://api.getappniche.com/mcp`
- Environment variables: `GETAPPNICHE_API_KEY` — keys and tokens: ask the human for the values, never commit them or put them in shared files.
