## What it does

This server connects coding agents to company events through streamable HTTP. It delivers private funding announcements parsed from EDGAR Form D records alongside material corporate filings from SEC 8-K. The index avoids guesswork. If an organization has no dated records in the target window, the tool outputs an empty evidence list with the date of the previous milestone.

Agents access four tools: `why_now`, `events_for_icp`, `predicted_next`, and `watchlist_diff`. Every event record points directly to the filing URL on `sec.gov` and includes a match confidence score. Responses report credit usage through the `X-Fundz-Units` header.

Personal phone numbers and email addresses are absent from the dataset. It supplies reasons to reach out, but not contact identities. Executing tool calls requires an `X-Fundz-Key` header, and batch checks cap at 400 domains with a strict 8,192-byte payload ceiling.
