## What it does

The server gives an agent access to Formester form submissions. It can read an entry, search submissions across forms, change stored values, and retrieve attached files. For example, an agent can categorize incoming requests and save the result to a custom field.

The available tools are `read_submission`, `query_submissions`, `update_submission`, and `fetch_file`. Connect over HTTP at `https://app.formester.com/mcp` and authenticate with OAuth or an API token. Reading an attachment requires access to the submission and its file.

- Find recent entries for form `xyz`, classify them, and save each category in the `ai_category` custom field.
