## What it does

Foqal is a remote MCP server that lets an AI assistant work with Foqal’s workflow platform through plain-language requests. It exposes support tickets, service requests, user history, knowledge articles, custom forms, and workflow automations. Connected services include Slack, Teams, Okta, Google Workspace, Jira, and Zendesk.

The server can create, edit, and resolve tickets, change their status, add comments, search the knowledge base, and work with automations. Foqal handles authentication, permissions, and request-rate controls for the connection.

To configure it, sign in to Foqal and open settings → AI → MCP. Create a server, select its allowed permissions, actions, and tools, then copy the generated connection URL. The connection will not work until that MCP server and URL exist.
