## What it does

Flightclaw connects your coding assistant to flight search and reservation systems. You can connect to the hosted endpoint over HTTP with email OAuth or run a self-hosted Python server querying Google Flights via the `fli` package. Filtering works across specific carriers, duration caps, and cabin classes.

The hosted setup manages passenger details, tracks reward points, and handles reservations. The agent never sees card details. Instead, it generates a `checkout_url` for direct payment or requests an exact budget match through a Link virtual card.

The local script needs no account. It records route price logs locally in `data/tracked.json`. Running the self-hosted mode requires `flights==0.9.0`, `fastmcp`, and `pydantic-settings`.
