# Fless Apartment Hunt

## What it does

The server checks whether a city is covered, then provides local rent and neighborhood details, including walk, transit, and bike scores. The agent gathers the renter’s requirements and creates a link to a completed search form for the person to review and submit.

Its tools are read-only. Agents cannot create accounts, verify email, or make payments; the person handles those steps. Coverage includes cities in Florida, Georgia, Maryland, and Virginia, so a search cannot proceed through this server when the requested city is outside its live coverage.
