# FindSaunaPlunge — US cold plunge & sauna studios

Searches US city listings for saunas, cold-water venues, and contrast sessions. Useful when an agent needs prices, temperatures, or record freshness.

## What it does

FindSaunaPlunge gives an agent access to a venue directory covering US cities. It can filter searches by city, modality, access, and a published single-visit price, then return a full venue record or city-level statistics.

The server exposes `search_venues`, `get_venue`, `list_cities`, `get_city_stats`, and `get_data_freshness`. Price and temperature facts include a venue-page source, capture date, and quoted evidence. The hosted endpoint uses Streamable HTTP, requires no authentication, and is available at `https://findsaunaplunge.com/mcp`.

Self-hosting uses Node 24+ and supports stdio, HTTP, and Docker. Both modes read the public feed at `https://findsaunaplunge.com/api/v1/venues.json`, so that URL is the data dependency for a local copy.
