## What it does

Hosted at `https://api.favcrm.io/mcp`, this service connects agent runtimes via Streamable HTTP transport. It exposes 231 typed tools handling customer records, calendar appointments, billing, and messaging across WhatsApp or SMS. Clients configure the active tool surface using `compact`, `platform`, or `full` profiles through the `X-FavCRM-MCP-Profile` header or query parameters.

Authentication requires an API token starting with `fav_mcp_*`. Teams can create tokens in the web portal or let an agent trigger self-registration using an email verification code with a 10-min OTP. A standard merchant key will fail on `platform` profile requests because administrative setup tools require superadmin credentials.
