# Fantasy Football Manager

Brings an ESPN fantasy league into an AI client: reads rosters and projections, works out a legal weekly lineup, and files free-agent moves.

## What it does

Several MCP servers ship in one package. One handles analysis, policy and league state; the ESPN companion covers live observation and transactions; a portfolio server rolls every configured team into a single view. Season operations go over authenticated HTTP, so no Chrome or Playwright is involved. Draft work still runs through the browser adapter.

You need an ESPN account plus a protected session file, pointed at by `FFM_ESPN_CREDENTIAL_FILE`. Both servers must share the same per-team state directory. The flow: `espn_connect` with league, team, season, `phase="season"`, `transport="http"` and scoring week, then `espn_sync`, then `recommend_lineup`. Action modes are read with `get_manager_config` and replaced with `update_manager_config`, passing the config's current revision.

A recommendation or submission fails when projections are missing or player lock evidence is absent. Verified HTTP reads cover roster ownership and locks, but waiver processing, IR moves and scoring-week rollover have not been tested. Treat those as unproven before turning on automatic mode.
