# Evlek — Northern Cyprus Property MCP Server

This read-only MCP server gives agents live Northern Cyprus listings and asking-price data. Use it to search homes, compare districts, and inspect the local price index.

## What it does

Evlek connects an MCP client to Northern Cyprus property data through the hosted Streamable HTTP endpoint `https://evlek.app/api/mcp`. The server is read-only and exposes 8 tools for active sale and long-term rental listings, city and district comparisons, and price-index lookups. Search can use filters for transaction type, location, property type, bedrooms, price, area, amenities, and nearby universities.

The `locale` parameter supports Turkish, English, Russian, German, and Arabic responses. In Claude Code, the remote server can be added with the command in the FAQ; the documented setup does not require a local Python environment or an API key. A local option is also available through `npx github:Evlek/evlek-mcp`, while the hosted endpoint avoids a local bridge.

Results contain advertised asking prices and listing facts. They are not property valuations, forecasts, rankings, or investment advice, so the server cannot stand in for a rental-yield or return estimate.
