## What it does

This server connects assistants to empirical metrics derived from 3,662 mentoring sessions across 17+ countries. It features compensation calculators for engineers and managers pegged to 2026 estimates. Another tool runs a 17-question evaluation on whether an engineer is ready to step into a team lead role.

Hosted on Cloudflare Workers, the endpoint requires no local package installation and no secret tokens. The salary calculations focus strictly on 2026 Western European compensation numbers, while coaching benchmarks mirror ICF 2025 and Central-Eastern European market rates.
