## What it does

This MCP server connects AI coding assistants to the Duck Framework toolset. Duck bundles its own web server and reactive engine with real-time WebSocket communication, removing the need for a separate frontend JavaScript stack. The server gives your agent context on file layouts, view logic, and component trees.

You can draft starter projects, build interfaces using Lively and Quirl components, or connect Duck features to Django for HTTP/2 support. Running the generated applications requires Python 3.10 or newer. Because the MCP endpoint lives at `https://duckframework.com/mcp`, setup does not require building local packages.
