## What it does

Drafto is an offline-first note-taking app with sync across web, iOS, Android, and macOS. Its MCP server exposes notes and notebooks to AI agents: Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Cline, and Zed can search notes, create new ones, and read their content. This matters when you want to pull reference material from your own records without leaving your IDE, or when an agent needs to log decisions and solutions back to your notebook.

The server connects over HTTP from a single endpoint at `https://drafto.eu/api/mcp` across all platforms. Access requires a Drafto account with authentication; new accounts are subject to admin approval.
