## What it does

This server connects AI assistants to the DomainKits API, maintained by ABTdomain. It allows searching freshly registered names and scanning typosquatting variations.

The tools handle DNS records, WHOIS data, and backlink summaries. The server also records domain updates for up to 365 days, encrypting monitor data using AES-256-GCM.

Guest testing requires no credentials. However, deeper paging and full filters demand an account key.

## Requirements
- Needs: Node.js (commands run via npx)
- Remote server: `https://api.domainkits.com/v1/mcp`
- Environment variables: `DOMAINKITS_API_KEY` — keys and tokens: ask the human for the values, never commit them or put them in shared files.

## When to use it
- find dropped domains available for registration
- inspect DNS records and WHOIS registrations
- scan for typosquatting domains targeting a brand
- track nameserver and status updates over time
