## What it does

DevUtils MCP Server exposes 36 developer utilities to an AI assistant. The listed functions include hash generation, UUID creation, JWT decoding, JSON formatting, plus network and text tools. Processing stays local, with no calls to external APIs.

Running it through `npx` requires Node.js 18 or later. Claude Code can add the server with `claude mcp add`; other clients use their own setup method. Without Node.js, the `npx` launch command will fail.

## Requirements
- Needs: Node.js (commands run via npx)
