# Departi – Travel Compliance & Curated Booking

## What it does

Departi connects seven tools to your AI editor: three for compliance (visa eligibility for any nationality-destination pair, tax-residency risk with double-tax-treaty analysis, Schengen 90/180-day calculator accounting for permits) and four for trip planning (accommodation, flight, and activity search with ratings and booking links, plus user profile matching traveller persona).

Data spans 406 visa routes to 42 European destinations, tax profiles for 49 countries, accommodation across 189 European cities, and flights via Duffel and Travelpayouts. The server runs anonymous or OAuth 2.1-authenticated — personalizing results by nationality, travel history, and user profile.

Full functionality requires internet access to `https://mcp.departi.eu/v3`. Personalized queries (visa checks for your nationality, Schengen tracking with your travel history) require OAuth authentication.
