# defrr

defrr calculates revenue recognition schedules, contract waterfalls and usage charges. Connect it when you want an agent to work through contract terms.

## What it does

The server handles contracts, renewals, credits, cancellations and usage pricing. It returns monthly revenue and deferred-balance figures. For renewals, it can show the price change and a catch-up amount when processing happens after the renewal has begun. Separate tools cover repricing and cancellation.

You need a defrr API key to connect. The server uses Streamable HTTP, with authentication passed in a request header. Calls consume credits, but a failed call is refunded. Each waterfall request covers up to 50 contracts, so larger sets must be sent in batches with `carry` passed between calls.
