## What it does

The server connects your coding agent to official Czech public registries, including ARES, VR, ADIS, and the ISIR insolvency database. International checks run against GLEIF records and EU/OFAC sanctions lists. Entering a Czech entity IČO pulls company records, statutory officers, and reported bank details.

Built-in tools flag nominee directors, shell-company addresses, and phoenix business activities. The system also walks ownership links to map out active stakeholders. Results include an automated risk score ranging from 0 to 100.

Free hosted access is capped at 100 calls per day per IP. Self-hosting requires a pre-built `sanctions.db` file and the `ADIS_SOAP_ENABLED=1` environment variable.
