## What it does

Cynical Sally runs code reviews directly through your MCP client or terminal. It inspects git staging areas, diffs against branches, or designated directories to calculate a quality score alongside actionable recommendations.

You need Node.js 18+ installed on your machine. Because analysis processes files on a remote service, running `--dry-run` lets you inspect outgoing payloads beforehand. The local scanner blocks credential files like `.env` or certificates before transmission and records a SHA-256 receipt under `.sally/`.
