## What it does

This remote MCP server links your development agent with real-time US equity options data. It exposes current strike chains alongside implied volatility values and risk Greeks without leaving the chat interface.

Users can query datasets with custom SQL, filter assets through a built-in screener, or pull fundamental balance metrics from FMP. No local package installation is needed. The tool runs over HTTP against `https://tap.convexvalue.com/api/data/mcp`. Without active internet connectivity to that remote endpoint, data retrieval fails.
