## What it does

CTRLRun Operator brings CTRLRun’s pending approval workflow into an MCP client. It lets you list held requests, inspect one, and decide whether to grant or deny it. This is useful when an agent must pause for a person before a sensitive action proceeds.

In Claude Code, launch the server with `uvx ctrlrun` through the MCP registration command. The server exposes CTRLRun approvals; it does not replace CTRLRun’s rules or request handling. That distinction matters: this MCP server is the interface for responding to pending decisions.
