# CrustAPI Google + LinkedIn Data

## What it does

The server sends queries to hosted CrustAPI endpoints. It provides four distinct tools: `search` covers Google web, news, maps, scholar, and patent queries, while `linkedin` handles public profiles, company details, posts, and job postings.

For content ingestion, `scrape_webpage` extracts plain text alongside JSON-LD metadata for RAG, and `get_reviews` pulls business ratings. Without Node 18 or newer and an active `CRUSTAPI_API_KEY`, the server fails on boot. Empty query responses do not consume credits.

## Requirements
- Needs: Node.js (commands run via npx)
- Environment variables: `CRUSTAPI_API_KEY` — keys and tokens: ask the human for the values, never commit them or put them in shared files.
- Works with: LinkedIn
