## What it does

Countersignatory gives an agent a live estimate for work that requires a person’s judgment or accountability. The `countersignatory_quote` tool accepts task details such as urgency, market tier, consensus size, jurisdiction and a price cap. Its response includes an indicative amount, a price range, timing multipliers, lower-bid alternatives and the implied per-minute rate.

Use `countersignatory_register_interest` to record that a quote would work for the use case. The `countersignatory_spot_index` tool exposes current rates, market multipliers, the wage floor and the calculation behind seeded figures. The endpoint uses stateless Streamable HTTP at `https://countersignatory.com/mcp`. Authentication is optional, while the market opens after the current demand-measurement window.
