# CorpusIQ

Wires your coding agent into dozens of business systems through a single MCP endpoint. Read-only answers, each one citing its source.

## What it does

CorpusIQ publishes the manifest for `io.corpusiq/multi-source-mcp`, a remote MCP server that exposes one governed endpoint to more than 40 business systems. It speaks Streamable HTTP, so there is no local process to babysit — the agent talks to `https://mcp2.corpusiq.io/mcp` directly.

Every answer is read-only and carries a citation back to the system it came from. That matters when the agent pulls a figure into your work: you can trace it instead of trusting it.

The `CorpusIQ/mcp-manifest` repository holds metadata only; the server code itself is closed. To confirm you are looking at the current revision, run `curl "https://registry.modelcontextprotocol.io/v0.1/servers?search=corpusiq"` and check that `isLatest` matches the `version` in `server.json`. A mismatch means the registry record is behind.

## Requirements
- Remote server: `https://mcp2.corpusiq.io/mcp`

## Install

### Claude Code (native platform)

**Platform CLI: remote server**
```bash
claude mcp add --transport http multi-source-mcp https://mcp2.corpusiq.io/mcp
```

### Codex

**Platform CLI: remote server**
```bash
codex mcp add corpusiq --url https://mcp2.corpusiq.io/mcp
```

### Cursor

**Config file**
File `.cursor/mcp.json`:
```json
{
    "mcpServers": {
        "corpusiq": {
            "url": "https://mcp2.corpusiq.io/mcp"
        }
    }
}
```

### GitHub Copilot

    "servers": {
        "corpusiq": {
            "type": "http",
            "url": "https://mcp2.corpusiq.io/mcp"
        }
    }
}
```
### Gemini CLI
**Platform CLI: remote server**
```bash
gemini mcp add -t http corpusiq https://mcp2.corpusiq.io/mcp
```
## When to use it
- pull an answer out of an internal system without exporting files by hand
- trace which source a number came from
- hook several business systems up to one agent
- combine records from different systems in a single query
- give an agent access to company data without write rights
## Example prompts
- Use CorpusIQ to find last month's order count and show the source
- Ask CorpusIQ for current stock levels and cite where the numbers came from
- Build a customer summary through CorpusIQ across every connected system
