## What it does

The server links AI agents directly to the ConnectWise Manage API without relying on the web portal. It bundles a typed query builder and offline SQLite caching. This lets your assistant query service boards, check company overviews, and pull unbilled time entries.

Setup installs two local binaries: `connectwise-manage-cli` and `connectwise-manage-mcp`. Agent tools dispatch commands directly through the companion CLI.

Avoid running the HTTP transport via `--transport http`. That mode lacks authentication and browser rebinding safeguards, so stick strictly to the default `stdio` transport.

## Requirements
- Environment variables: `CONNECTWISE_MANAGE_BASE_URL`, `CW_API_VERSION`, `CW_CLIENT_ID`, `CW_COMPANY_ID`, `CW_PRIVATE_KEY`, `CW_PUBLIC_KEY`, `CW_SITE` — keys and tokens: ask the human for the values, never commit them or put them in shared files.
