## What it does

The server feeds match data across 16 soccer competitions to your agent, covering tournaments like the Champions League, Premier League, and LALIGA. Tools fetch live scores, knockout brackets, goals, disciplinary cards, and next fixtures up to 14 days ahead. No account or external API credential is required.

Running this server requires Node.js 22 or newer on your machine. All tools operate in read-only mode, while team lookups and competition lists run locally offline. Through environment settings, you can pick a preferred language between English, Spanish, Portuguese, or French, configure the timezone, and tune cheer comments. When an agent query omits the tournament name, the server prompts you to define one.

## Requirements
- Needs: Node.js (commands run via npx)
- Environment variables: `CLAUDINHO_LANG`, `CLAUDINHO_TZ`, `CLAUDINHO_FLAVOR`, `CLAUDINHO_MARKETS`, `CLAUDINHO_COMPETITION`, `CLAUDINHO_TEAM` — keys and tokens: ask the human for the values, never commit them or put them in shared files.

## Install

### Claude Code (native platform)

**Platform CLI**
```bash
claude mcp add --env CLAUDINHO_LANG=<CLAUDINHO_LANG> --env CLAUDINHO_TZ=<CLAUDINHO_TZ> --env CLAUDINHO_FLAVOR=<CLAUDINHO_FLAVOR> --env CLAUDINHO_MARKETS=<CLAUDINHO_MARKETS> --env CLAUDINHO_COMPETITION=<CLAUDINHO_COMPETITION> --transport stdio mcp -- npx -y @claudinho/mcp
```
Replace <…> with your own values. 1 more environment variable is in the server README

### Codex

**Platform CLI**
```bash
codex mcp add mcp --env CLAUDINHO_LANG=<CLAUDINHO_LANG> --env CLAUDINHO_TZ=<CLAUDINHO_TZ> --env CLAUDINHO_FLAVOR=<CLAUDINHO_FLAVOR> --env CLAUDINHO_MARKETS=<CLAUDINHO_MARKETS> --env CLAUDINHO_COMPETITION=<CLAUDINHO_COMPETITION> -- npx -y @claudinho/mcp
