## What it does

claude-real-video runs an MCP server locally and accepts a video URL or file path. It selects frames around scene changes, removes near-duplicates, transcribes the audio, and writes an output folder with frames, timestamps, a transcript, and `MANIFEST.txt`.

An agent can use those files to answer questions about the video. The package also includes the local `crv-web` page and a `--viewer` option for inspecting frames and the transcript. Use `--from` and `--to` for a time range, `--adaptive` for gradual changes, or `--text-anchors` for subtitle-timed frames. The Claude Code setup runs the server through `uvx`.
