# Call Me

This MCP server calls your iPhone, reads an agent’s question aloud, and returns your spoken reply as text. It also supports text-only messages.

## What it does

Call Me connects an AI agent to an iPhone. The `call` tool speaks a question and returns the recognised reply, while `text` sends a push message without ringing. An open exchange can continue through `say`, then end with `hang_up`; other tools handle pending results, replies and thread names.

Install the callme app from the App Store to get a personal 10-digit number. The hosted MCP endpoint is `https://callmemcp.com/mcp`, and the setup uses neither an API key nor OAuth. Calls from the same agent are grouped into a titled phone thread.

Local integrations can read `~/.aiphone/config.json`, but the hosted endpoint cannot access files on your computer. That means a hosted Claude Code setup needs the phone number supplied through its pairing or configuration flow.

## Requirements
- Remote server: `https://callmemcp.com/mcp`

## When to use it
- get a spoken answer for an agent question
- read a status update aloud on an iPhone
- keep a phone conversation open with `say`
- send a notification without placing a call
- return voice replies and voicemails to the agent

## Example prompts
- Use `call` to ask whether the database migration is ready to deploy, then return my spoken answer.
- Read today’s task summary to me and keep the conversation open with `keep_open` and `say`.
- Send a text-only update with `text` saying that the build has finished.
